Find Relief and Discover that
Real Change Is Possible

Do you feel depressed or anxious most days?

You never feel good enough and the voice in your head is quick to remind you of all the ways you are falling short. You've spent the last months or years trying to keep everything together, but it’s exhausting and you don’t think you can do it anymore.

Most days you feel so anxious you can barely breathe or you can’t stop crying.

Friends reach out but you would rather pull the covers over your head and numb out to social media, Neflix or Youtube, food, alcohol or other things you know aren’t healthy for you.

“What’s wrong with me” is a constant thought.

You can’t seem to figure out what is going on with you: You think you are not smart or talented enough, you need more education, you need to learn to socialize better. You can’t motivate yourself to do the things you really want to do. You’re scared life is passing you by.  Each morning you make a commitment that today will be different, but nothing changes. You know you can’t keep going on like this.

You’re stuck but don’t know how to get unstuck.

I’m Diane Dempcy, a therapist in Seattle providing care for Anxiety, Depression and Trauma.

I help adults experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-worth, feeling too much or not enough, and lack of trust in themselves feel more authentic and genuine in their lives and more connected to themselves and others.

Utilizing brain-based tools such as EMDR and other types of therapy, you will have insight into who you are and the ability to slow down and respond confidently.

Imagine how different you would feel if you could accomplish daily tasks easily, have confidence in your decisions, genuinely connect with others, and come up with solutions to your problems easily.

What To Expect from Trauma Therapy in Seattle

My clients experience me as supportive, direct, and empowering

You may think your thoughts seem crazy, but I see them as a sign that you want to feel better about yourself and want more for yourself. During the first session, I’ll learn about your history and goals. Then, together, we’ll plan how to meet those goals. I don’t believe in floating around in therapy for years.

I want to help you gain skills and heal so, at some point, you won’t need therapy.

We meet once a week through telehealth to help you feel more powerful and motivated.
